Resort operator One&Only adopts Alterian

Luxury resort operator One&Only is implementing a Web-based brand communications centre using Communicator from Alterian.

It will replace the time-consuming manual processes and disparate software systems currently in use and provide a platform for its marketing teams around the globe. Jenny Naylor, brand communications director of One&Only, says: "As custodian of a valuable luxury brand, it is essential that we can easily and correctly apply the brand across all marketing activities around the world and ensure internal communication processes are as efficient as possible."

It will use the application to create and distribute marketing content and optimise its marketing operation through central management. It will support a variety of marketing processes, such as central approval of campaigns developed by individual resorts with local agencies.
